Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

• Korean language ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide welcoming and professional experience for customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote banking products and services to meet sales goals.
• Educate customers on digital banking options and self-service tools.
• Maintain knowledge of bank products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
• Perform teller transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with account openings, updates, and closings.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships by cross-selling or upselling products.
• Monitor cash drawer accuracy and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support branch operations and training of new team members.
• Participate in branch meetings and training sessions to stay informed.
