Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship-building capacity.
• Willingness to do same-day travel to multiple work locations within a designated area.
• Prior banking experience (teller, platform, or relationship banking) preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration; Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate and sustain long-term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts in a bank location.
• Proactively engage clients, listen actively, and capture information to identify appropriate solutions and next steps.
• Lead client engagement across walk-ins, appointments, and outbound opportunities with discovery of needs.
• Provide clear, tailored guidance on a broad range of products and services to support informed decisions.
• Deliver advanced needs-based guidance and manage complex client scenarios with cross-team referrals.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of client engagement experience in sales/service/relationship context

Willingness to travel within designated area (same-day)

Banking experience (teller/platform/relationship) preferred

NMLS registration ability or willingness; Notary license preferred
