Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship building capacity.
• Prior experience in a banking environment, including teller, platform, or relationship banking roles preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct consultative client conversations, including uncovering needs and recommending appropriate products and services.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and confidently to diverse client populations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, independently organize work, and consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills in client-facing and operational scenarios.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar workplace technologies.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivates and sustains long term client relationships through leads management and outbound efforts in a bank location.
• Engages in client conversations with curiosity, listening and capturing information to identify solutions.
• Leads client engagement across walk-in, appointment, and outbound opportunities.
• Discov ers expressed and unexpressed client needs and recommends appropriate products and services.
• Provides tailored guidance on a range of products and services to support informed client decisions.
• Manages complex client scenarios and referrals with partner collaboration and execution.
• Advocates for clients with ongoing engagement and proactive outreach.
• Demonstrates adherence to TD policies, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Education

High School Diploma or GED

2+ years of experience engaging clients in a sales, service, or relationship building capacity

Prior banking experience (teller, platform, or relationship banking)

Ability to conduct consultative client conversations and uncover needs

Strong communication skills with diverse client populations

Multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Sound judgment and problem-solving in client-facing scenarios

Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar

Complete required job-related training upon hire

NMLS registration (or ability to obtain)
