Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or higher; 1 year customer service experience or college degree.
• Experience in a sales environment; financial industry a plus.
• Ability to analyze credit and financial information; professional communication skills.
• Demonstrates business acumen and sound decision-making.
• Requires NMLS/S.A.F.E. Act registration at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Create a memorable customer experience by cultivating and maintaining relationships in a defined book of business.
• Use consultative approach to uncover needs and tailor recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of products and processes offered by the bank.
• Collaborate with internal partners to meet customers' needs and resolve issues.
• Analyze customer credit data to align solutions with needs.
• Provide customer support reinforcing value of technology and services.
• Uphold Bank's Code of Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Travel within the Bancorp footprint as needed.
