Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients across in-person, by appointment, and virtual channels.
• Assess clients' banking needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Educate clients on deposit and loan products and services.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Submit credit applications and advocate digital banking options.
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver an optimal client experience.
