Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and sustain strong client relationships by meeting face to face and addressing banking needs. You will open consumer and business accounts, originate loans, and educate clients on digital tools while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Typically five or more years of job-related retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by engaging and communicating with clients.
Maintains a working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
Provides consistent optimal client experience, including greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
Develop collaborative partnerships with branch team members and partners to best serve clients.
