Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build strong customer relationships by meeting face to face and offering tailored financial guidance. You will assess customers’ banking needs, explain deposit and loan products, and help clients achieve their financial goals.

The role includes originating and closing consumer loans and handling account openings/closings at the branch, contributing to a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• NMLS registration under SAFEs Act 2008 and Regulation Z, and ongoing regulatory compliance including criminal and credit checks.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Four to five or more years in retail banking or equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers face to face and engage them to provide counsel.
• Assess and address customers’ banking needs and educate clients on deposit and loan products.
• Originate and close consumer loans, and open and/or close accounts and branches.
