Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $25.00 - $34.00 depending upon experience

Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday-Friday and one Saturday a month

Position Responsibilities
  • Serves as key point of contact between the bank and its customers.
  • Responsible for understanding the financial needs and objectives of clients and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs.
  • Requires a strong ability to build rapport, deliver exceptional customer service, and provide financial advice while promoting the bank’s products and services.
  • Responsible for assessing the creditworthiness of consumer loan applicants, processing loan applications, and making lending decisions based on established lending criteria.
Education & Experience

Education:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus 2 years additional bank‑related training or Associate's degree
  • Some post‑secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years related retail banking experience and/or training
  • Previous consumer lending experience preferred but not required
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Ability to lift coin/cash weighing up to 25 pounds
