Salary Range

$17.00/hr - $27.50/hr. Actual offers may vary based on responsibilities, experience, education, and location.

Responsibility Highlights
  • Develop and grow client and prospective client relationships by consulting to uncover needs, cross‑selling products and services, and referring to partner product teams.
  • Maintain client contact through periodic proactive touch points and resolve client issues, including moderate to complex maintenance problems.
  • Educate clients on digital solutions, including mobile, online, and ATM offerings.
  • Achieve sales and service targets across a full range of consumer and small business banking services.
  • Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and in compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Follow fraud prevention procedures and attend ongoing training.

Key Measures of Success
  • Improve client retention through cross‑selling, proactive outreach, and resolution of servicing issues.
  • Achieve financial targets for loan production, new account production, referrals, and digital banking enrollment.
  • Acquire new Community Bank relationships through referral network and outreach.
Relationship Banker (Level I)
  • Complete all required training and licensing, and handle all transactions and servicing upon completion.
  • Achieve account opening, partner referral, lending, credit card goals, and complete Client Financial Profiles.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Minimum one year relationship‑based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience (banking industry a plus).
  • Eligible to register with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) or currently registered.
Relationship Banker II (Level II)
  • Complete all new hire training and the Relationship Banker Learning Path within defined timeframes; NMLS registered.
  • Demonstrate consultative sales skills and strong service levels to deepen client relationships.
  • Consistently meet or exceed account opening, lending, credit card, partner referral, and Client Financial Profiles goals.
  • Possess an assigned client portfolio to manage consumer banking needs.
  • Encourage community involvement through volunteer or networking groups.
  • Complete Relationship Banker Development Program.
Additional Qualifications for Level II
  • Minimum one year banking experience including deposit/transaction processing, account servicing, new account opening, and consumer lending.
  • Currently registered with NMLS or previously registered and eligible to re‑register.
