Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• One year of experience in a retail environment engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales or relevant experience.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Ask personalized questions to convert transactions into cross-sell conversations that deepen client relationships.
• Call leads, visit businesses to offer workplace banking, and develop referral networks to create sales opportunities.
• Achieve daily key performance metrics while balancing competing priorities.
• Learn processes like transactions, cash handling, and bank documentation to standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
