Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related experience.

• Basic computer literacy and data entry.

• Ability to handle routine problems and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supports teller and platform functions while delivering excellent customer service.
• Accurately processes teller transactions and resolves basic inquiries.
• Identifies and refers simple sales opportunities within policy.
• Builds foundational banking and referral skills to progress toward relationship management.
• Learns to operate banking software and scanner, verifies balances and resolves issues.
• Completes administrative tasks and maintains files and supplies.
• Notary duties available after certification in Indiana (costs covered).
