Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues
• Strong prioritization and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration as required
• Notary license (or ability to obtain) preferred

Responsibilities

• Drives client acquisition at the bank location through walk-ins, leads, and outbound outreach.
• Engages clients with curiosity; uncovers needs and priorities.
• Explains banking options clearly with features, benefits, and risks.
• Delivers personalized solutions and next steps, linking to appropriate products and services.
• Maintains accurate documentation and adheres to risk and regulatory standards.
• Provides ongoing guidance on TD products and digital capabilities to enhance financial wellness.
