Qualifikationen

High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent)
1+ years of experience engaging with clients in service/sales/relationship-building
Teller or cash-handling experience preferred
Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner
Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration as required

Drive client acquisition and deepen relationships at the bank location
Engage clients with discovery to uncover needs and guide decisions
Explain banking products, features, benefits, and risks clearly
Deliver personalized solutions and next steps to clients
Maintain compliance and accurate documentation for risk management

Ausbildung

1+ years of client-facing experience

Teller or cash-handling experience

Experience educating clients on products/services

NMLS registration required or ability to obtain
