Qualifications

• Two year degree or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year sales experience in a financial or retail setting.
• Notary Public and NMLS certification required or ability to obtain.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain products and services clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop client relationships and support sales and service goals.
• Open and process all account types including deposits and loans.
• Cross-sell bank products and refer to partners for investments and mortgages.
• Use a needs-based consultative approach to recommend products.
• Operate Salesforce for customer interactions and follow-up.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures.
