Job summary

You will balance cash transactions, meet quarterly sales goals, and maintain Trustmark’s service standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of sales or customer service experience (Bachelor’s degree accepted in lieu of experience).
• Ability to perform routine transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience balancing a cash drawer preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and refer to bank products.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loans, insurance, etc.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Safeguard assets while processing transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily.
• Achieve sales and referral goals.
• Make outreach calls to customers/prospects.
• Travel between branch locations.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Comply with policies and standards of performance.
