Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Strong communication via in-person, phone, and electronic channels.
• Proficient computer skills including typing and monitoring screens.
• Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line, handling deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller transactions.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill basic servicing requests (cards, changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their relationship with the bank.
• Educate customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist branch and team members with tasks to resolve customer issues.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists for tailored solutions.
• Follow bank processes, manage risk, and support branch goals.
• Identify opportunities and advise customers on Regions’ solutions to meet needs.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and financial needs.
