Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and typical teller transactions.
• Develop relationships with customers and educate them on digital banking options.
• Assist in resolving standard customer service inquiries and requests.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists when identified.
• Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
