• Develop relationships with customers and learn their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking offerings (mobile, online, ATM).
• Support branch team with routine tasks to resolve customer issues.
• Refer customers to internal experts for complex financial goals.
• Follow bank policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Aim to meet branch targets by addressing customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate customers on technology and banking options.
