Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitoring a screen.
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to twenty pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer experience on the cash line and over the phone.
• Process transactions and resolve basic service inquiries.
• Build relationships with customers and understand their banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist other team members with routine tasks and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements; manage operational risks.
