Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle cash transactions on the teller line.
• Provide excellent customer experience on calls/line.
• Identify customer needs and educate on Regions products.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and payments.
• Refer complex needs to internal specialists.
• Adhere to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Meet branch targets and participate in incentive plan.
