Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provides a consistent optimal customer experience on the cash line while handling customers’ transactional needs, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Answers customer inquiries regarding products and services and fulfills basic servicing requests (new/replacement cards, information changes, PIN resets, checks).
• Develops relationships with customers and stays informed about their banking needs.
• Educates customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assists team members with tasks to aid in problem resolution and refers complex needs to specialists.
• Follows bank processes and adheres to laws and regulations and helps manage operational risks.
