Responsibilities

• Provide consistent optimal customer experiences on the cash line and over the phone.
• Handle transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments and other teller duties.
• Develop relationships with customers and stay informed about their banking needs.
• Educate customers on standard products and digital solutions (mobile, online, ATM).
• Support branch team with routine tasks and assist in problem resolution.
• Refer customers to experts when complex financial goals arise.
• Follow bank processes, manage risks, and meet branch targets.
