Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and effectively engage and communicate.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with digital banking products and self-service technologies.
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions, both reactively and proactively.
• Knowledge of bank policies, procedures and support systems.
• Financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients through in-person, appointment, and virtual interactions.
• Greet clients and process basic transactions while providing a digital-first experience.
• Open new consumer and small business accounts and complete service requests.
• Submit credit applications and educate clients on digital self-service options.
• Collaborate with branch team members to serve clients with accuracy and efficiency.
