U.S. Bank seeks a Relationship Banker to build trusted client relationships through in-person, scheduled, and digital channels. You will assess banking needs, open accounts, process requests, and educate clients on digital products while delivering accurate service.

A strong emphasis on a digital-first mindset and customer education is required. The role requires NMLS registration and compliance with SAFÉ Act/Reg Z, plus background and credit checks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and processes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service services to meet financial needs.
