Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.
• Proven ability to build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Ability to effectively engage and communicate with clients.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures and support systems.
• Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with using and demonstrating digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with clients through multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtual to provide banking counsel.
• Identify solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs and communicate effectively.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and complete service requests.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service products to meet financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products.
