Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work Saturdays as needed.
• Ability to handle cash and process cash transactions.
• Ability to communicate in person, on the phone, and through electronic channels.
• Ability to use a computer regularly, including typing and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Provide a consistent, optimal customer experience on the cash line and on the phone.
• Handle deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other teller transactions.
• Answer inquiries and fulfill servicing requests (cards, updates, PIN resets, checks).
• Develop relationships and stay informed about customer banking needs.
• Educate customers on digital banking options (mobile, online, ATM).
• Assist team members and refer complex needs to specialists.
• Follow bank procedures and manage operational risks.
• Aim to meet branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• May conduct outbound calls to educate on technology and meet financial goals.
