Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience engaging with clients in a service, sales, or relationship-building environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem-solving skills in client interactions.
• Ability to obtain and maintain NMLS registration as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives client acquisition and relationship growth for the bank location through walk-ins, lead management, and outreach.
• Engages clients with discovery to uncover needs and financial goals.
• Explains banking options clearly, including features, benefits, and risks, to help clients make informed decisions.
• Delivers personalized solutions and next steps, connecting clients to appropriate products or partners.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements with accurate documentation and risk awareness.
