U.S. Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to engage customers across in-person, by appointment, and digital channels at our Salem location. You will open accounts, process basic transactions, and educate clients on digital tools while building trusted relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Role requires NMLS registration under the SAFE Act, along with background and credit checks. This position is based at a U.S. Bank location with a five-day workweek and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically has less than four years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up, asking questions and learning about their financial needs, and banking channel preferences.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs by effectively engaging and communicating with clients.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital products and services.
