Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Experience educating clients on products and services in a consultative manner.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to obtain and maintain active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required for the role.
• Notary License (or ability to obtain) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives client acquisition, retention, and relationship growth for the bank location by proactively identifying opportunities to deepen relationships and improve client outcomes.
• Engages clients to uncover needs and priorities and delivers personalized banking solutions.
• Explains options clearly, including features, benefits, and risks, to help clients make informed decisions while adhering to regulatory standards.
• Provides ongoing guidance on TD products, services, and digital capabilities to simplify everyday banking and financial wellness.
• Delivers a welcoming, personalized client experience and resolves client concerns end-to-end when possible.
