Firstar Bank is seeking a Relationship Banker to build and retain meaningful customer relationships, opening accounts and guiding customers to suitable banking solutions. You will provide friendly service while ensuring regulatory compliance and effective follow-up with members.

The role requires 4+ years of in-person customer service and at least 2 years as a Service Banker, with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of face-to-face customer service experience.
• Minimum two years as a Service Banker or equivalent.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Open new accounts for new and existing customers.
• Process routine financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashier’s checks).
• Build and maintain member deposit and loan accounts.
• Develop relationships through frequent contact (phone, email, in person).
• Identify sales opportunities in partnership with other departments.
