Formación

• 1+ years experience developing current and new customer relationships.
• Experience achieving sales goals and building referral sources.
• Understanding of consumer credit and credit reports.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques.
• Experience influencing partners and centers of influence.
• Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office).
• Digital technology education to clients on digital platforms.
• Notary License (preferred)

Responsabilidades

• Embodies a strong client experience culture with customers and teammates.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities during in-person and phone conversations and provide tailored recommendations.
• Consistently attains activity, behavior, and outcome goals.
• Open personal and business accounts and related products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and business partners to grow relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures.
• Support branch operations and help with teller transactions as needed.
• Participate in morning huddles and daily debriefs.
