Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker in Hillsboro, OR to engage clients, uncover financial needs, and guide them toward suitable banking solutions. You will contribute to new client acquisition and deepen relationships with existing clients to support financial wellness.

As a team member, you will leverage strong communication and problem-solving skills, working with branch colleagues to deliver exceptional service and meet sales targets in a fast-paced environment at the Hillsboro location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals.
• Understanding of consumer credit including loan-to-value and debt-to-income.
• Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Embodies a strong client experience culture and builds trust with clients and teammates.
• Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide customized recommendations.
• Open personal and small business accounts and related deposit products.
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with policies and assist with branch operations as needed.
