Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve financial wellbeing.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow customer share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through a defined sales process including outbound calling, service to sales, teller interactions, appointment setting and lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand and retain relationships.
• Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
• Perform lobby engagement to connect with customers and position PNC products to meet their needs.
• Educate customers on options for managing financial transactions leveraging technology, tools and resources.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manage risk by adhering to policies and procedures with sound judgement within limits.
• Demonstrate heightened scrutiny to avoid loss.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
