Job summary

PNC seeks a Personal Banker in Northbrook, IL, to strengthen customer relationships and grow wallet share at the Northbrook Dundee branch. You will engage customers, discuss banking solutions, and support a high-quality service experience in an in-office setting.

You will work with ecosystem partners to identify opportunities, educate customers on digital tools, and contribute to branch daily operations with a focus on risk awareness and compliance.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent; 3+ years of related experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and services and customer needs.
• Ability to deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales.

Responsibilities
