Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and customer service and sales experience in banking or related field.
• Background check and fingerprinting as required by NMLS regulations.
• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues.
• Grow relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
• Educate customers on bank products and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Advise on online, mobile, and ATM banking usage.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies.
• Adhere to operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
