Qualifications

• One year of customer-facing and goal-oriented experience.
• NMLS registration/license required after employment per mortgage regulations.

Responsibilities

• Share and recommend Simmons resources, including in-branch and digital services.
• Meet individual goals through in-person and outbound activities.
• Open/close accounts and assist customers with account selection and research.
• Assist with consumer loan requests and portfolio knowledge.
• Refer customers to partner teams for small business, mortgage, and advisory services.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and provide a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and training requirements.
• Process customer requests accurately and professionally.
