Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of customer-facing, goal-oriented experience.
• Registration with the NMLS and/or obtaining an NMLS license after employment.

Responsibilities

• Build, expand, and retain client relationships.
• Provide expert financial solutions to existing and prospective clients.
• Market Simmons solutions through daily interactions, outbound calls, visits, events.
• Achieve and exceed branch goals.
• Assist with account service, teller transactions, and transactional needs.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Process customer requests in a positive, accurate, professional manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
