Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically less than four years of retail banking experience or equivalent training.
• Experience with digital products and self-service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Build and foster relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow-up.
• Engage with clients to assess needs and recommend solutions across deposit and loan products.
• Open new consumer and business accounts and process service requests.
• Educate clients on self-service digital products and services and guide use of online banking.
