Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and refer appropriately through proactive sales/service efforts.
• Service, sell, and cross-sell deposit accounts, loan products, insurance products, etc.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience following Trustmark’s service standards.
• Safeguard bank assets and ensure accurate processing of transactions.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documents are completed.
• Achieve sales and referral goals quarterly while providing excellent service.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
