Job summary

Huntington Bancshares, Inc. in Houston seeks a Financial Relationship Banker to help customers achieve their financial goals by identifying needs and recommending deposit, loan, and other banking solutions.

You will provide excellent service, grow consumer and business relationships, educate customers on online and mobile banking, and collaborate with colleagues to deepen relationships while adhering to risk and policy requirements.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking or related fields.
Background checks including fingerprints required per NMLS regulations.
Preferred emphasis on building relationships and presenting banking solutions.

Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service and effectively resolving customer issues.
Proactively identifies opportunities to grow customer relationships through appointments, referrals, and a disciplined sales process.
Educating customers and referring them to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
Educating customers on online, mobile, and ATM banking to optimize use of technology.
Maintaining knowledge of banking products, services, technology, and policies.
Adhering to all operational, security, risk and regulatory policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.
