Qualifications

• Associates degree from two-year college or university; or 3-5 years of experience in Retail banking sales or related area.
• Proven success in establishing new clients and deepening customer relationships.
• Ability to deliver consultative financial solutions.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior customer experience with a customer-first attitude.
• Manages assigned customers, meeting with them in person and over the phone to build relationships.
• Educates customers and connects them to Great Plains technology and specialists.
• Opens and maintains various account types, processes deposits, transfers, and related transactions.
• Supports daily cash handling, reconciliation, and documentation; processes wire transfers and loan services.
• Contributes to a positive team environment and supports branch goals.
