Job summary

JPMorganChase in the United States is seeking a Relationship Banker to represent the brand, deliver superior client service, and help clients manage their finances using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs. You will develop meaningful relationships, assess financial needs, and propose thoughtful solutions while upholding banking regulations.

The role requires licensing progress (SIE, FINRA 6, state registration, Life licenses) and availability to work weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking or Financial Services with proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school degree or foreign equivalent; licensing path required (SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration, Life licenses).
• Must be able to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients and proactively meet with them to build lasting relationships.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand needs and tailor product recommendations.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App and ATMs for convenient banking.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to advise on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
