Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in retail banking or financial services.
• Proven ability to create memorable client experiences and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills for in-person and phone interactions.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail.
• Operate within risk parameters and complete required training.
• High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• SIE exam, FINRA Series 6, state registration (including 63 if required), and Life licenses; licenses must be obtained within 180 days.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed expectations with attentive, friendly service in a welcoming environment.
• Manage assigned clients; meet with them in person or by phone to tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients.
• Educate and connect clients to technology solutions such as Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and refer to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
