Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a customer-focused Financial Center Associate in California to educate clients on self-service banking and accurately process cash transactions. You will build relationships, understand financial goals, and connect clients to suitable solutions.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a drive to meet sales goals in a fast-paced environment. Weekend/extended hours may be required, with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or business-relevant degree required.
• 1 year of successful sales experience in salary+incentive environment.
• Six months of cash handling experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or business-relevant Associate's Degree such as business management, business administration or finance.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in lobby and educate on self-service resources.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop deep conversations to understand financial goals and connect to solutions.
• Build relationships to meet financial needs and grow the business.
• Follow established processes and comply with laws and regulations.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls.
