• Willingness to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned clients, meet with them in person and by phone to deepen relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and assist clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs for banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect to specialists.
• Adhere to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
