Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries.
• Ability to create memorable experiences for clients and elevate the client experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone, with ability to tailor features and benefits to differing needs.
• Ability to resolve client issues with attention to detail while providing a consistent client experience.
• Operate within established risk parameters/tolerances and meet compliance obligations, including required training.
• Licensing requirements: SIE, FINRA Series 6, state registration (63 if required), Life licenses; unlicensed applicants must obtain licenses within 180 days.

Responsibilities

• Put clients first and exceed their expectations with attentive, friendly service.
• Manage assigned clients and meet with them to build lasting relationships and tailor recommendations.
• Engage in clear, consultative communication to understand and help clients, building trust.
• Educate clients on technology solutions like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs to meet banking needs.
• Learn products and procedures quickly to consult on banking solutions and connect clients to experts.
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements.
