Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Typically 4–5 years of job-related retail banking experience.
• NMLS registration is required under SAFÉ act and Regulation Z.

Responsibilities

• Builds and fosters relationships with clients through proactive outreach and follow up.
• Identifies solutions for new and existing clients based on their needs.
• Maintains knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services including digital tools.
• Provides a consistent optimal client experience, greeting clients and processing basic transactions.
• Opens new consumer and business accounts and completes service requests and credit applications.
• Educates clients on digital products and self-service banking.
