• Maintain basic knowledge of all New Peoples Bank products, services, procedures, policies and regulatory issues.
• Serve as customers' single point of contact on all New Peoples Bank products and services.
• Identify and match customer product needs with New Peoples Bank products and services.
• Process a variety of transactions quickly with minimal errors per bank policies.
• Assist with night deposit procedures and vault duties as needed.
