Job summary

Fifth Third Bank in Florence, KY, is seeking candidates for a Personal Banker I position. After a 4-8 week onboarding, candidates rotate through operations and Sales & Service with a certification upon completion to qualify for the Retail Personal Banker family.

Qualifications

• College degree or work experience providing transferrable skills, or combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the financial industry preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop comfort level with sales activities to acquire new consumer households and cross-sell to existing customers.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and production goals across the Financial Center.
• Assist in opening/closing the Financial Center or Bank Mart as directed by the manager.
• Refer customers to business partners for timely, holistic financial solutions.
