Responsibilities

• Use consultative sales to build customer profiles and identify financial needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Retail products and services; recommend solutions.
• Set appointments for financial reviews and cross-sell to existing customers.
• Coordinate with partners (Mortgage, Small Business, etc.) to provide holistic solutions.
• Meet or exceed customer experience and revenue goals while handling teller transactions.
